Affiliates

As part of early diagnosis and/or preventive medicine, the Tokyo Clinic is known for its “Human Dock” or Total Body Evaluation programs. Some programs are available right at the Tokyo Clinic. Other programs consisting of PET and/or PET-CT are performed at its affiliated facility north of Tokyo, the Southern TOHOKU General Hospital.

The Tokyo Clinic is a subsidiary of the Southern Tohoku Research Institute for Neuroscience.

For improving and enhancing the various services, we separated the outpatient division of Southern TOHOKU General Hospital into two facilities: Southern TOHOKU Medical Clinic and Southern TOHOKU Ophthalmology Clinic. In the clinic, PET and Gamma Knife Center is established and has the most advanced medical equipments "PET" (Positron Emission Tomography) and Gamma Knife. The purpose of this center's establishment is to eradicate the cancer, which is the leading cause of the death among the major life style diseases. This entire project is promoted to provide the highest quality of the medical care in the 21st century. In our country, the medical care system is repeatedly reformed and we are heading into the era, which is emphasizing the concept "Patient first". We are aware of this point and try to provide the most advanced treatment with hospitality and warm-hearted attitude.
